These are hollow point bullets for a .22 caliber rifle. The tip is made so that it spreads out once making contact with its target. The purpose of which is to inflict a larger wound. The more tissue and organ damage a projectile can make the greater the certainty of severe trauma or death. I used to use these bullets for squirrel hunting.
