This hunter has a tripod affixed to the underside of his gun to help steady his shot. Also, high powered rifles have scopes mounted on them so that a more accurate shot can be made. Devices like this should totally dispel the notion, promulgated by hunters, that the tools used in hunting are natural. Humans cannot see over the great distances (200 yards or more) from which they shoot and sometimes kill their prey. Accordingly, they have to fashion devices allowing them to obtain this ability. Enter the (unnatural) rifle and scope. The victim in this picture is a Brown bear.
