Some animals, such as deer, are killed through a variety of state sanctioned methods. Traveling around the country will find states that allow hunters to kill deer by using recurve bows, compound bows, crossbows, handguns, muzzleloaders, shotguns firing either buckshot or slugs, and high powered rifles. The victim pictured here is a white-tailed deer.
